Biz Team USA Review
I want to write this as a short review of Biz Team USA. I will mention up front that I am slightly biased since I am a member and am promoting the business.
However, I will tell you I have been in dozens of other online marketing/mlm programs and I can tell you this has all the key ingredients you need to succeed online. If you want "proof", just look at my blog and read through 2+ years of posts to see everything I have previously been involved with.
I understand that Everyone online is screaming for your attention. Everyone believes their program is the best. I can tell you that 97% of people online FAIL, as in they never make more than $10/week.
We get into online marketing with the belief that it's all glitz and glamor. That all we have to do is "Join today, retire tomorrow", like it's just a Big Red Button that we push and everything is solved - It doesn't work that way, sorry to break it to ya :)
What you need is a System - And you need this system to be based around a strong Foundation (NO Fly by night mlm companies or other programs that disappear overnight)

Ash Max Safelist Letters & Headlines
I am not a copyright expert, not even close...and with Ash Max ads we are blasting direct sales attempts all day, which goes against everything recommended about how to use Safelists. You get much better response from give-a-ways, and free advertising - But we don't have time for that - we have to sell :)
The people we are "hoping" to get are those frustrated with their current program and/or results. The "experts" say someone needs to see something 7 times before they begin to trust it. This is exactly what we are hoping to do with safelists - Spread as much advertising as possible, so that everyone believes it's Reputable, HOT, and possibly a way for them to end THEIR frustrations.
Remember, 97% of online marketers don't make over $10/week...and there are a LOT of them - So yes, your targeted prospects are here, you just need to get them to YOUR Page!
I got these Letters & Headlines from my upline in Ash Max. I'm not a flashy salesman type myself - I hate that stuff personally - But let's face it, it works, so use it -
Just be careful about TOO much spammy stuff - As in don't make your subject all $$$$$ signs and what not - You want to stand out, but don't look ridiculous. Lots of these have the Squiggly with the FNAME thing (this automatically is supposed to add the safelist subscribers first name) - Most safelists have different versions of the FNAME (Like {'s vs. [ etc) DOUBLE CHECK that your using the proper FNAME setting for each safelist if your going to use that (I personally don't even bother - safelist users realize the emails are not FOR them especially :) - But to me, nothing looks stupider than a safelist marketer who doesn't use the correct FNAME setting and so your email litterally says Hey FNAME, join Me - don't be dumb - take your time, people pay more attention to professionals...
Some of these have little notes like "You must join GDI through us" or whatever - This is ILLEGAL, to ask another GDI member to join through your downline. Yes, you will see it all over the net, all these GDI builder teams - And yes, all of them require you to join their team - Still, it's technically illegal, so don't directly tell anyone that - Once they join as an affiliate and/or email you, then you can tell them that they have to create a new account - It's TECHNICALLY supposed to be 14 days after they last closed their previous GDI account -
Don't mention it and you shouldn't have a problem - Again, all these team builders are doing it anyway, but it is illegal - so don't put that out there -
I also like to add (CREDITS) to the beginning of my own subject lines. Most people realize that all the emails are worth credits, but as you scroll down a couple hundred subject lines, I've noticed (CREDITS) stick out a bit more - w/out the whole L@@K and +++=====>>>> stuff others seem to like -
Also, try your own headlines and edits as you see fit - People don't buy based on REASONING, remember this: They buy based on FEELING - as in what this can do FOR THEM - (and yeah, that's about as much copyriting expertise as I have LOL)
I always liked "Best Sales Headline EVER?!?!" I used to use this and seemed to get plenty of clicks - Be creative when you can - if not, don't worry - these will get attention

Traffic Exchanges Beginners Guide
I have used traffic exchanges since I first started online. As a general rule, Traffic Exchanges are good for page views (people recognizing a new program, where they see it over and over). Safelists are better at conversions (you get more frustrated marketers who are getting nowhere with their program)

This is my beginners guide to safelist advertising...
First comes the disclaimer :) This is not a Be All, End All guide by any means. This isn't "guaranteed" either. I had success with it because I worked my butt off. This is designed for the beginner - I am bringing prospects into 2 businesses I'm involved with - Ash Max & TeamWork Revolution Power System. I had already been marketing online (with little success) since Feb 2008 - I've tried a ton of different things, and had varying degrees of success.
I am by NO Means a Guru, at all - But I can help you get STARTED to effective advertising, and quickly.
This is also meant to be as inexpensive as possible, but money saves you time plain and simple.
You may be brand new to online marketing - If that is the case, you may not appreciate this guide. Why? Because it still takes work and everything you've seen in online marketing is Flash, Cash & Babes in Bikinis. Nobody will tell you it actually takes EFFORT. But for those who have been online for a couple months already, and are frustrated, are probably more aware that nothing is "Signup and Get Rich Overnight". This guide CAN give you results, if you put the time in...
All I can definitively say is this: Once I got serious and focused, these got results for me. But I spent money and i STILL put in the work (and no, it's not fun - but it works :)
This is going to be based around safelists, and how I used them to get my signups.
First, if you are brand new or not getting results then read a copy of Safelist Marketing Tactics. There is no need to upgrade or rebrand this book - I am recommending it only to help you understand the general principles behind how to use them.

I recommend you open 2 different "Junk" email accounts - 1 is going to be for the "better" safelists and the other will be for the rest. Both will be list emails - You need to have a 3rd email as your primary email for these as well. You will get Solo ads sent to your primary account - These earn you 3-4x as many credits as your "list" emails, so read all solo ads.
I'm going to just blast off at this point :)
Safelists: I'm going to throw out another disclaimer and say these aren't the "Be All, End All" of safelists. I get results here, you may get results from others - These have gotten ME good results, but you should always find extra eyes for your advertising.
For me, I would rather focus my time on 4 or 5 Quality Safelists, rather than splash around and half ass it with 15 different safelists and not really have enough credits to send emails to all of them - That is just me -
***To Upgrade or Not to Upgrade: I am upgraded on a few of the safelists listed. I am upgraded because they already came highly recommended (I was presold). I've also tested them myself and gotten solid results, which is why I'm recommending them. If you can't upgrade that is okay - It just means you have to click a lot more and get to send ads to less people. My GOAL is always to keep my costs down as much as possible (and YOUR Costs down also). But the bottom line is this - You need to have advertising power, so budget what you CAN and click for credits elsewhere.
State of the Art Mailer: This is my new favorite. I upgraded to the 3k level ($14/month) and can send my ads to 3k members every 3 days. I had 4 prospects my first mailing

List Building Maximizer: Over 10k members, highly recommended!
Downline Builder Direct: Email up to 20k members - highly recommend
AdTactics: Excellent safelist. I email daily to 12k members

If you can only afford 1 upgrade, I recommend State of the Art Mailer. For $14 you can email 3k members every 3 days. 5k level is just a bit more. Compared to others, this is the best value, with the least up front cost. A couple other worth upgrading are AdTactics & Business World List.
TIPS: Grab Free Advertising whenever you can. Many of the safelist emails are offering free credits and free pro memberships at other safelists. I've literally posted thousands of ads just by joining new lists - So when you see a "Email 10k now Free" kind of ad, take a look - Mine is a beginners guide - not the be all and end all :)
Read the Solos! You get 3-4x as many credits reading solos as you do for reading list emails. Solos are sent to your "primary" email, so click and get those credits.
EZINE Advertising:
If you want some better results, without having to click endlessly, try Ezine Advertising.
Here is 1 that I love: EzineClassifieds.com
For $20 you get to post to 300k subscribers. You actually get confirmations from the ezine's, which is important. Lots of Ezine sites claim they send your ads, but actually list ezines that have been long gone. With EzineClassifieds.com you get confirmations from each ezine -
Solo Advertising: I found Safelist.com and recommend it highly. For $15 you get 3 solos sent to a network that includes over 400 safelists each, 1k+ traffic exchanges, 1k+ text ad exchanges and more. It's well worth $15
I will continue to update these as I find more resources. Once I started using State of the Art Mailer, List Joe, Ezine Classifieds and Safelist.com I began getting MANY more subscribers.
Again, you don't have to spend at these and they will still work. You just need to spend more time.

Get 5 Signups for ASH Max in 20 days!
I am writing this as a "quick start" guide for my future AshMax Signups. The program that REQUIRES all new members to get 5 signups in 20 days...or they are deleted from the system.
Every review I have read just raves about AshMax of course - because they are selling it themselves :) The problem I'm guessing is that, like most programs, they sign you up and leave you to figure out how to advertise on your own.

Online Marketing and what you have to "Learn for Yourself"
Been too long - I know - I'm still working daily but I haven't been focusing on my blog or updating stuff...
You know how it is when you "get a hair up your azz" (children friendly lol) - Tonight I got one and have to share an email -
The bottom line is this: No matter how much I 'tell someone" what they should or shouldn't be doing, there is only so much advice a person can give - I've been talking to someone who I really like, but was at a point where I didn't feel like i could help her - I wanted to, i really did...
tonight i got a very friendly warm email from her - I got that "hair" and sent her an email back - with the best advice i could give...(Yes, this is LONG! :)

With Alert Pay - Make SURE you are able to accept payments to it - Even pay yourself if you need to. I had some stupid setting on there (months ago and I forget now, sorry) and had 4 payments sent to me that I never got the money for - It's one of those "why would Alert Pay even make that an OPTION" kind of stupid thing - So, send yourself $5 or whatever, but make sure it's accepting your payments - Has nothing to do with upgrading to a business account or anything, it's some stupid back door setting and caused me to miss money -
If anything doesn't work on Alert Pay, then just use Paypal - Better to lose a few sales on people that won't use alert pay, than to lose several sales by having Alert Pay as an option but not taking your money -
day and night - this is tough - it's not an easy thing for me to pinpoint...Traffic Exchanges are good for building a list...they aren't good for selling and the people who mostly use them are part of the 97% who fail - What I mean by this is they are mostly newcomers, looking to get rich - As derogotory as that sounds, I say it for a reason - You MUST be thick skinned when it comes to exchanges as well as safelist advertising and even every other type of online advertising out there - People are looking for easy, and if it's not easy enough, they bounce right on to the next person telling you how easy THEIR system is...so to say "online marketing is tough" is extremely understating it - What my goal is now is to get 100 "prospects" - Out of those prospects, maybe 10 will actually even look at the emails or pay any attention to it at all - Out of those 10, maybe you get 3 or 4 who have seen enough crap to realize that TEP is actually an incredibly powerful system - Of those 3 or 4, you get 1, maybe 2 people that join -
Now as bad as these sound, and I admit it sounds bad, it's just reality - Out of 100 people that actually Sign UP for more information, very few will ever do anything with it - I myself signed up for TEP 3 or 4 times before I paid attention...But when I did, it all clicked -
Those are the people that you WANT - Here is why TEP works so well - Remember those 100 prospects kinda thing - when i say 10 will act6ually look, you still benefit - and here's why - More than 10 people of those 100 WILL join under you in Traffic Splash and Traffic Witch - That alone is worth the time your putting in now - Not because "those people" will make you huge commissions, but because they are surfers - They need more credits for their time. And so you have to keep in mind that each referral you get for Traffic Splash and Traffic Witch is another chance for you toe earn commission (hopefully) and traffic credits -

I have a thick skin with online marketing because I've been around awhile - Now, I understand that most of our prospects are basically tire kickers looking for easy answers - I'll take them because they MAY eventually realize how good this system is - And once I get a few of those, then it's only a matter of time before they quit or get serious - And THAT is what we are out here for - The SERIOUS people - Once someone has seen enough crap, they realize it's do or die time - Most of them die and quit/give up whatever...but that's normal - When you get a few of the serious people, THEN your downlines REALLY take off...
and at that point, you start earning - You get the OBA upgrades, you get the Traffic Witch Upgrades - Traffic Splash Upgrades - And Traffic Wave referrals - That is the BIGGEST part of all this - Traffic Wave - If you get 5 or 6 SERIOUS people in your Traffic Wave downline, you will start making Real money -
These are all things that took me a long time to realize - So have a thick skin and see where the potential is - Remember we are all out here advertising OUR program...It takes a LOT of the same thing (people seeing the same thing) before we start to think "what is THAT program doing that makes IT so successful" - We all WANT to be successful of course, there is just so much crap out here it's nearly impossible to find anything good -
if your not getting prospects, focus on building a list of some sort elsewhere - For instance, when I first started I advertised EasyHits4U HEAVILY on my website - I didn't have a hidden agenda, I just thought it was the best exchange - and I am about helping people learn from my own experience...Anyway, i'll cut this down a bit :) - By advertising EasyHits4u, i built a downline of people I can email - Same thing with 4x4 hits - Same thing with a lot of exchanges - By following up with your downline, you can share what works for you - now even if it's not working up to what your expectations are (*this is where it gets grey for me honestly - the difference between sharing and selling is a tough one for me - My best advice is to just sell, because nobody likes to be "shared")_anyway, your expectations might not be close to reality - BUT, NOONES REALITY IS LIVING UP TO EXPECTATIONS OUT HERE - And if you show them YOU have something that can help them, then they need that (whether they realize or not - this is extremely helpful and would have saved me MONTHS of wasted time if i'd just concentrated on TEP only)_
so build your email list somehow - traffic exchanges, the TEP system - use the safelists I recommend - Whatever it is that you can go in and send an email to people - it's SO MUCH MORE EFFECTIVE than an "ad" that they see over and over....
I now have an email list over 1k people - it took me a LONG time to build it and to be honest, they are pretty useless - only useless from the standpoint that they don't buy anything from me - And bottom line is what we can get people to buy - lets be honest :)
So i know i've gone on and on now - Work the system - work the best exchanges - send as many hits as you can to your ad's - Try different TEP ads - i would say track them, but this has neven been my cup of tea - I just sent TONS of traffic and hope for the best...If you know how to track your ads, do it - see which is working best and what is a waste of time -
but do this - STICK - stick with this - It IS a great system and it DOES work very well - Just try to focus on the long term goal (traffic wave referrals) and the little stuff will trickle in (oba sales, traffic exchange referrals, free credits and so on)
I hope this helps - I know i got super long winded - I really FEEL where your at - When I started I had all those same feelings...My problem was i wasn't desperate for any money - I just wanted to succeed and felt like the money would just come in time....So I hear what your saying and where your at - Just keep working and learn - when your surfing, learn - what catches your attention? What makes you want to take a 2nd look - Compare those to YOUR ad's and is it getting the same results....
I wish i could "impart" 2 years of surfing knowledge on you, but it doesn't work that way...I do what I can, but there is just that "have to learn for yourself" stuff that nobody can teach you...
I hope you stick with it - I really do - cause it is that good...even though it feels SO frustrating to not get results like we want/expect or even need -
